Description The Almond Casuarina Beach Resort Hotel sits on the white sands of Dover Beach, close to St. Lawrence Gap, on the coast 4 miles from the capital city, Bridgetown. St Lawrence Gap has a lively nightlife, bars, restaurants and shops. St Lawrence Gap is a mile long stretch of road and at night, `the Gap` comes alive! There are plenty of nightclubs, some open air, offering calypso, reggae, international jazz and R&B. Facilities The hotel has 3 restaurants and 4 bars, 3 swimming pools and is surrounded by 10 acres of tropical gardens and has a variety of watersports available on the beach including snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing and kayaking. The resort is also a popular choice with families and includes a full-service nursery that provides indoor and outdoor recreation for children up to two years old, a Kids' Club for three to twelve year olds that include beach and pool activities, lessons in local dance, culture and music, plus computers and video games. Finally teenagers can expect movies, water sports and disco nights. Rooms There are 267 rooms spread between 6 buildings dotted throughout
the gardens and on the beach. Superior Deluxe Ocean View Rooms sleep up to 3 adults. One Bedroom Suite Ocean View Rooms sleep up to 4 adults. All have bathroom/shower, WC, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, ceiling fan, balcony/terrace, (certain amenities may be payable locally). Note!
