Description
The Aquis Corfu Holiday Palace holds a truly unique location in Kanoni, approximately 4 km from Corfu Town and the airport. Not only is this 45,000 square meter complex set in magnificent landscaped garden amidst an abundance of pine-eucalyptus and cypress trees, but it is the only hotel on the island that offers a direct view of the famous Mouse Island, the trademark of Corfu. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities and services including the only Casino on the island, a private beach accessible by an inclined elevator, a health club with indoor heated pool, shops, an outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end suitable for children, multiple bars, a four lane bowling alley and two tennis courts amongst others. The rooms are also nicely decorated and equipped with all amenities including satellite television and individual air conditioning. This elegant and sophisticated hotel is ideally located within a short distance from Corfu town, while offering a resort-like concept. |

| Previous guest review. Family of 4 (10 & 7), stayed for 7 days end of June 09, booked accomodation via Go-there so got a good deal on a bungalow. The staff were very good as was the food which had plenty to choose from. The only downside was that the hotel was close to main airport runway, which might put a few off, but on plus side there is plenty to keep everyone happy including a Casino and a bowling alley which everyone enjoyed but as the hotel doesn't offer all inclusive you'll need to watch your pennies as you can soon spend a fortune. The lift to the beach below was a blessing as there are steps but its a hard slog walking back. |
